HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHEN NEW WORK IS ADDED TO THE SITE?

The easiest way is to join our mailing list, which will always be the first to know when new work is available. I also post work in progress and recently completed pieces on Instagram and Facebook. I will make announcements as to when these pieces will be available and where through social media as well.
 

WHY AM I ABLE TO ADD SOME ITEMS TO MY CART AND NOT OTHERS?

The only items available for direct purchase through this site are pieces that are in the studio. All other artwork (that is not already sold) is available through one of our galleries. The contact information for the gallery that represents each piece is listed in place of the “add to cart” button. Please contact them for more purchasing information.

CAN I COMMISSION YOU TO PAINT SOMETHING?

Of course! Please refer to my commission page for my policy and guide. Feel free to contact me about any specific inquiries you may have that are not addressed here. However, as is the nature of art, the style of my work is constantly evolving. My first aim is to please my clients, so please use recent work as a reference and guide for current commissions.
 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Art is an investment, and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. We allow a two week approval grace period for all in studio art purchased through this site. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at kelley@kelleyogburn.com as soon as possible. If a return is necessary, the package must be postmarked within two-weeks of the arrival date, and the return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. The item must be returned in the condition in which it was received.

We attempt to portray the colors as accurately as possible, but alas, all computers do not depict color in the exact same light. However, if you are unsure of the colors, we will be happy to provide you with more photos for accuracy before the order is placed.
 

ARE YOU WILLING TO DONATE ARTWORK TO FUNDRAISING EVENTS?

I am always willing to support those in need through my art. Please contact me about any inquiries, and I will be happy to help if able. I do receive a fair amount of requests for donations, and unfortunately I have to limit donations to a certain amount per year.
